Mascha Trietsch + Lucie André
The day starts with a full vinyasa yoga class in the morning, including pranayama and meditation. There will be a different focus, or a specific peak pose each day and more than enough time to really go into depth. You can expect powerful and creative sequences that prepare your body and mind for more challenging asanas.
There’s a second yoga class in the afternoon that will either be a workshop, an asana lab, or a calming yin yoga class. In the workshops and asana labs different poses are broken down to help understand them at a deeper level and address any questions or wishes you may have. There will also be talks about yoga philosophy and about how yoga affects life outside of the mat. The yin yoga classes will be taught by Lucie and will be a perfect addition to the powerful morning practice with restorative asanas and sound healing to end the day in a calm and relaxed way.
Both Lucie's and Mascha‘s classes as well as the workshops will be in English. In individual communication they can change between English, German and French, if needed.
In between the practices there will be delicious vegan food by Yona and of course lots of time to relax, enjoy the surroundings and eat gelato!
Please note: There might be a dog on the on the premises. If you are allergic, please contact us before making a booking.
Mascha‘s teaching is deeply inspired by her teachers and her own practice which consists of a mix between her regular Mysore Style Ashtanga practice and more intuitive Vinyasa Yoga, as well as Pranayama, Meditation and an ongoing dedication to studying different layers of the practice. Mascha loves the creativity and intuitiveness of vinyasa yoga and the clarity and discipline of ashtanga yoga and is grateful to be able to share her passion for both with her students.
Mascha lived in Berlin for the last 7 years where she has been teaching in different studios since 2019 before recently moving to France for her other big passion - surfing. You can practice with her online on YouTube and join her for online live classes, as well as different teacher trainings and retreats in Germany and Europe.
As a certified teacher (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Sound), Lucie shares her passion for yoga with powerful tools such as breathwork, meditation, creative sequences, sound journeys, and yogic wisdom. She designs holistic experiences mixing various elements of Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy & Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Her approach is based on inclusivity, spirituality, and self-inquiry. She wishes to help her students find a deep presence on the mat, so they can eventually infuse this state of being in their daily life. She believes that body and mind are closely related, so expect a full activation of your entire vessel, both on the physical, mental and emotional levels.
